What is Protection Plus+™?
Protection Plus+™ is an optional add-on to your rental agreement that releases you from liability in the event your rental product is damaged or destroyed by a natural disaster, fire, or flood. Without Protection Plus+™, you are responsible for the cost to repair or replace the damaged building. By paying a small fee with each rental payment, you can rest easy, knowing that you are released from your liability in the event of loss or damage the shed.
What does Protection Plus+™ cover?
Protection Plus+™ protects you from a wide range of unexpected events, such as fire, lightning, floods, tornadoes and other acts of nature. It does not cover acts of carelessness or negligence on your part, contents, prior damage, or normal wear & tear. Also, keep in mind that your rental payments and Protection Plus+™ fees must be up-to-date to file a claim.
Do I need Protection Plus+™ if I have homeowner's or renter's insurance?
Most customers still benefit from Protection Plus+™, even if they have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance. Many insurance policies have high deductibles and may not cover rental products, as well as increasing your premiums if you do have a claim. We recommend checking to see if your insurance will pay to replace or repair rental merchandise. Also, consider the amount of your deductible when deciding whether Protection Plus+™ is right for you.

How do I add Protection Plus+™ to my agreement?
Whether you’re starting a new rental agreement or have an active agreement, you can add Protection Plus+™ at anytime. Call our office and speak with a store associate about adding Protection Plus+™ to your agreement. It only takes a few minutes.
Can I cancel my protection?
Yes! If you wish to stop receiving the protection benefit, simply let a store associate know. There are no fees or penalties for changing your mind. Just remember that if you cancel, you will be liable for all damages to the building.
